UAB accounting prices

The accounting price of a UAB is determined by the actual volume of work: the amount of documents and bank transactions, employees, VAT, inventory, assets and the complexity of operations.

What does UAB accounting price depend on?

UAB's accounting price is not determined solely by legal form. Two private limited companies may have completely different amounts of accounting work, so we evaluate the actual performance of the company before making an offer.

The number of documents and bank transactions, employees, VAT status, inventory, fixed assets and additional accounting processes usually have the greatest impact.

Major Price Determinants

  • Quantity of purchase and sale documents per month.
  • Number of bank accounts and payment transactions.
  • Employment and wage changes.
  • VAT status and complexity of VAT transactions.
  • Inventory and warehouse accounting.
  • Fixed assets and their accounting.
  • Transactions with foreign customers or suppliers.
  • Additional reports or information required by the manager.

What is usually included in the monthly UAB accounting?

The specific scope of services is agreed individually, but permanent accounting of UAB may include registration of purchase and sale documents, accounting of bank transactions, preparation of declarations, payroll, VAT accounting and periodic control of basic accounting data.

You can find the entire structure of LLC services on the page LLC accounting.

When does UAB's accounting price increase?

The increased volume of work is not only due to the increased number of accounts. Price may be affected by multiple banks, multiple employee changes, inventory accounting, international transactions, frequent adjustments, or additional management reporting requirements.

If the accounting is transferred out of order or data from previous periods is missing, additional one-time work may be required at the beginning.

Typical accounting scenario of a simpler UAB

Simpler accounting usually happens when the company has a small amount of documents and bank transactions, few employees, does not have complicated inventory accounting and carries out standard activities in Lithuania.

In this case, the process can be organized in a fairly standardized way, and the final price depends on the actual monthly data.

More complex UAB accounting scenario

More accounting work is usually required when a company has a large document flow, multiple bank accounts, more employees, inventories, fixed assets or more complex VAT and foreign transactions.

In such cases, we evaluate not only the amount of documents, but also how much additional control and manual work is required each month.

How do we present a specific UAB accounting proposal?

  1. We learn the main business of the company.
  2. We evaluate the amount of documents and bank transactions.
  3. We are checking the situation of employees and VAT.
  4. We evaluate additional processes and accounting status.
  5. We submit an offer based on the agreed scope of services.
