How to report a bug
If you notice a factual, calculation, date, link, or other error on the website, write to [email protected]. Indicate the page address, the incorrect part, the suggested correction, and, if possible, the source.
How we rate the report
We check the original statement, its context and relevant sources. If the question depends on individual circumstances, we add a condition or clause to the text so that the reader does not get the wrong impression of a universal rule.
When we do the fix
We are fixing the confirmed bug without undue delay. Spelling or formatting corrections can be made individually without marking them. If the change changes the conclusion, term, amount, or practical recommendation, we update the date of the change on the page and, where appropriate, briefly explain what has been changed.
What we don't consider a bug
A difference of opinion or a different assessment of an individual situation is not in itself a factual error. However, we appreciate valid comments and clarify ambiguous wording if it could be misleading.

If the decision is related to an upcoming deadline for declaration, payment or submission of documents, do not rely on the general text of the website alone. Contact the responsible professional to check the rules applicable to your specific situation.
